A secure facility had an existing aluminum security gate as part of their security plan.
PROBLEM
The aluminum gate at the facility was struck by a vehicle and heavily damaged. Due to the facility’s security requirements, the customer needed a working gate up and running as quickly as possible.
SOLUTION
Instead of replacing the gate itself, DH Pace sourced the aluminum tubing, cut the damaged pieces of the gate and replaced the affected areas. By rebuilding the gate instead of replacing it, the team was able to save the customer both time and money. The repaired gate was functional within 24 hours and the customer was extremely happy.
CONCLUSION
Sometimes service and repair is a quicker, easier and more affordable option for a customer than replacing it with a new product.
